David Schürenkamp has been part of the Leichtweiß-Institute of Hydraulic Engineering and Water Resources at Technische Universität Braunschweig since 2011, focusing on research and teaching within the division Hydromechanics, Coastal, and Ocean Engineering. As the deputy head of this division, he leads the Coastal Structures workgroup, overseeing various research initiatives related to coastal structure, protection and nature-based solutions.
